This looks great, and I will definitely try it tomorrow for my veggie girl! However, won’t the avocado spread turn brown by lunchtime if it is packed in a lunch that is not eaten until 3 hours later!?! What is your experience with this?
Dhwani Mehta says
Thanks!
No, the avocado spread won’t turn brown as we are using lemon juice. It prevents the sauce from turning brown. Hope this helps. 🙂
