Making Hummus at hone is easy. After falling in love with Hummus, we decided to play around with some hummus flavors. This time I am sharing Roasted Bell Pepper Hummus recipe.

Its creamy, smooth and so delicious. Roasted bell pepper add a smoky sweetness to the hummus. This Red Bell Pepper Hummus is simple. In fact, all I’ve done is add roasted red peppers to the original hummusRoasted Bell Pepper Hummus

Roasted Bell Pepper Hummus is the ultimate healthy snack to have on hand. It’s loaded with protein, fiber, and heart-healthy fat.

It is really filling. It is full of that irresistible freshly roasted red bell pepper flavor and you are going to have a hard time putting it away. I don’t use tahini to make my hummus.

I always add some sesame seeds in hummus. Serve this with Pita bread, chips or as a dip with vegetables.

How to make roasted bell pepper Hummus?

1. Pierce the surface of red bell pepper with a tip of a sharp knife. Grease it evenly with oil.

2. Roast the bell pepper. Keep changing the sides using tong until the skin of bell pepper has become charred.

3. Take red bell pepper in a bowl and cover it immediately with lid. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

4. Peel the charred skin using your hand. Cut the stems off and remove the seeds. And keep it aside.

5. In a blender jar, take all the ingredients including roasted bell pepper and blend it in a smooth paste.

6. Roasted Bell Pepper Hummus is ready. Garnish it with some olive oil, chopped bell pepper and some red chili powder. Serve it with pita bread or chips. Enjoy!!
