Who Loves Pizza?

I know, you are thinking about what kind of a question is this. Hahaha….

Who Doesn’t love Pizza?  It’s everyone’s favorite food.

Especially when it comes to game day, Halloween parties or any family weeknight dinners.

If you are like who loves pizza, then you’re are going to love this crust-less  Skillet Pizza Dip. This recipe is naturally gluten-free as it is crust-less.

This Cheese Dip is a great twist on a traditional pizza. Your favorite pizza ingredients are baked up golden brown in this yummy hot cheese dip which we love to eat with Crostini. You can have it with tortilla chips too to make it a totally gluten-free appetizer option.

Ingredients required to make this dip.

There are only 7 ingredients required to make Pizza dip. 3 of them are cheese (Cream cheese, Mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese).

10 oz. RO*TEL® Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies –

RO*TEL provides an easy way to add a little kick, to this recipe. It is also known for delivering bold, adventurous flavor.

Rotel Tomatoes and chili

Mozzarella cheese –

A must ingredient for any cheesy dip.

Cream cheese –

This gives a very creamy and rich texture to this dip.

Parmesan cheese –

It gives a nutty flavor.

Milk –

It adjusts the thickness of the dip.

Toppings

I have used Olives and, to give those monster look, Candy eyeballs. 🙂

Get creative with the toppings, mushrooms, onions, jalapenos, and pineapple. They all would be delicious in this dip!

Seasoning (Italian and Red pepper flakes).

Notes and Tips –

  • This pizza dip should be served immediately as the mixture of cheese will harden as it cools.
  • You can bake this dip in glass baking dish/pan too.
  • If you are baking this dip in cast iron pan, make sure your cast iron pan is well-seasoned. Otherwise, this dip will stick to the bottom.
  • I got Eyeball Candy from Walmart.
  • Add Eyeballs candy after baking the dip.
  • You can skip the eyeball candy too.

CAN I MAKE PIZZA DIP IN ADVANCE?

Absolutely!

You can prepare the pizza dip in advance (don’t bake it) and cover tightly with cling wrap. It will keep for several days in the refrigerator, and then you can pull it out and bake when you are ready to serve.

A perfect Make-Ahead appetizer this is!

If you are planning to make this later, I recommend not to use cast iron pan, use a glass dish or container.

Don’t take out your dish straight out of the refrigerator and putting it right into the oven, I recommend letting it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes or so before baking.

Are you ready to dive into this cheesy goodness?
