Navratna Korma is a vegetarian korma made with vegetables and either paneer or nuts – or sometimes both. Navratan means nine gems, and it is common for the recipe to include nine different vegetables, fruits and nuts. There are two kinds of Navratna Korma, one is with tomato gravy, which is little bit spicy and another is with cashew which is little bit sweet. These are Punjai-style mixed vegetables in a mildly spiced, slightly sweet, creamy korma sauce. This is kids friendly recipe because of its sweet taste.
