Oats Pudla

Oats Pudla

Oats Pudla / Oats Chila is a quick, healthy and delicious recipe for breakfast ready under few minutes. I try to include Oats in different ways in Indian cooking. I have already shared Oats Idli and Oats and lentil Dosa recipe. You can make these Oats Pudla for weekend brunch.

Oats Pudla

This Oats Pudla can be served with coconut chutney, onion chutney or tomato ketch up. You can serve this without any condiments too. It tastes very good on its own. These are best served hot since they begin to lose the texture.

This Oats Pudla is loaded with lots of vegetables. You may add any vegetables of your choice. I sometimes make these Oats Pudla as a healthy snacks or even for lunch box for kids.
