It is prepared almost daily in a Gujarati households. Kobi Tindora No Sambharo is a stir fry often made with Tondora / tondli, cabbage and chilies. This is a warm salad which is often served as side dish with main meals like Bhakhari, bajri rotla or with Dal rice. The cabbage and Tindora are slightly stir fried so the vegetables retain the crunch and crispiness.
