What is Aioli?
Aioli means Garlic Mayonnaise. You might also hear about Garlic Aioli. Garlic Aioli means Garlic Mayonnaise. You can add any ingredients of your choice in Garlic Aioli. You can add honey and it will be Honey Sriracha Dipping Sauce, add thousand island sauce, ranch mix, I mean anything of your choice and make delicious dipping sauce in no time.
How to make Vegan Spicy Aioli / Sriracha Aioli?
This Vegan Sriracha Aioli is very easy to make, takes only 5 minutes. You need only 4 ingredients – Vegan Mayonnaise, finely grated Garlic, Sriracha Sauce and Lemon juice. Gather these 4 ingredients and mix ’em. That Simple!!
I love Spicy Aioli/Sriracha Aioli. Sriracha Aioli is so good with many things like Tater Tots, Drizzled over corn, with Fried Pakoras, Summer rolls, Spread on a crusty baguette, etc. And yes how can I forget French fries and Burgers!! - 1 cup Vegan Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Grated Garlic
- Gather all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix them very well.
