Russian Salad Sandwich is very refreshing and light. This delicious sandwich contains all sorts of vegetables. This sandwich is very creamy and yummy.

It is a big hit in my family, especially my kid. You can make this sandwich filling ahead of time. This is a cold sandwich that is perfect for summer.

Pineapple contrasts well with the vegetables and adds a crispy and tangy feel to the sandwich. Perfect for Parties or kids Tiffin box or for breakfast.

Instead of cream and sour cream you can add creamy curd. 🙂
