Bhaidku (Traditional Gujarati recipe)

Ingredients

small grain rice I used sona masoori split moong dal with skin whole bajra Pearl millet whole jowar Sorghum

Bhaidku flour

Dry roast the grains, and dal. Coarsely crush them.

heat ghee. Saute cumin seeds, carom seeds, and sesame seeds,  ginger, garlic and vegetables. Add bhadku soaked in chas. cook for 10 minutes.
