In a large bowl add rice flour, ghee, oil, salt, turmeric powder, curd, ginger chili paste, and sesame seeds. Mix until well combined.
Add water gradually to knead into a smooth and soft dough. Cover and let it rest. Once rested, grease the chakli press with oil, add the disk inside then add the dough into it.
Cut parchment paper into a small square. Start piping the murukku on parchment paper. Seal the dough by pinching the ends.
Heat oil on medium heat in a pan. Add them to the oil, one at a time and do not overcrowd. Fry until golden brown.
