Take butter in a bowl. Butter should be soft but not melted. Add in grated garlic and chili flakes. Mix well.
Now take a board and line it with parchment paper. Spread butter on a parchment-lined board. Apply in swirls to add visual appeal.
Now add onion, bell pepper, green onion greens, grated paneer, some chaat masala, and drizzle honey.
Serve with Naan bites, crusty bread, or crackers.
