Mastani is a dessert drink which is originated in Pune. Mastani is a thick milk shake with ice-cream. I have tasted many flavors of mastani like Mango Mastani, Chocolate Mastani, Dry Fruit Mastani, Kesar pista, rose Mastani, Pineapple Mastani etc while I was at Pune. But out of all Mastani, I love Mango Mastani the most. This is so easy to make. It will be ready in 5 minutes. And the taste is out of the world.
Chopped Mango or Mango Pulp- 3 cups
Full Fat milk / Whole Milk – 1 cup
Vanilla Ice cream or Mango Ice cream – 4 scoop while grinding + 4 scoop for topping
Chopped Almond, Pistachios and cashew – 4 tbsp
Cherry for garnishing
Chopped Mango for garnishing – 1/2 cup
Sugar if needed
1. Take chopped Mango, milk and vanilla or mango ice cream in a blender. Blend to a smooth thick milkshake. Taste the blended mixture and add sugar if needed.
2. Take serving glass. In the bottom, add few pieces of chopped mangos and few chopped nuts. Pour prepared thick Mango Milkshake in the glasses until you have enough space at top for ice cream, chopped mango and nuts.
3. Place one scoop of ice crème. Top it with the chopped mangos, chopped nuts and cherry.
4. Mango Mastani is ready. Serve them Immediately. Enjoy.
