Magic Corn Pasta is a crunchy toast, prepared with cheese, pasta, and corn with creamy sauce. Magic Corn Pasta is very easy to make.
This is an easy breakfast and lunch box dish. Especially kids will enjoy this yummy toast. and of course, this is perfect for weekend brunch too.
I have used an oven to toast it. But if you don’t have an oven you can toast it on a griddle/tava. This is truly magical in taste.

How to make Magic Corn Pasta?
To saute vegetables and pasta
1. Heat the butter in a pan. Add chopped capsicum/bell pepper, corn, and onion. Saute it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame.
2. Add boiled pasta and mix them very well. Cook them for 1 minute.
3. Add salt and Italian seasoning. Mix it very well Switch off the stove and keep it aside.
For white sauce
1. Heat butter in a pan. Add all-purpose flour/maida and saute it for 3 to 4 minutes over medium flame. Stir continuously.
2. Add water and make a lump-free sauce. Add salt, pepper and green chilies and cook the sauce for 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir it occasionally.
3. Take pasta mixture and switch on the flame. Add the white sauce into pasta mixture and mix them very well. Cook this mixture for 3 minutes over medium heat. Let this mixture cool down.
4. Preheat the oven on 350 degrees F.
5. Take a baking tray. Apply ghee or butter on both the side of bread and arrange them on a baking tray.
6. Toast the bread for 8 minutes in the preheated oven on 350 degrees F. (Don’t shut off the oven after toasting bread. Keep it on).
7. When the bread is done, apply a big spoon full of Pasta and sauce mixture on toasted bread. Sprinkle cheese and chili flakes.
8. Again put it in the oven for 10 minutes on 350 degrees F. Keep it for more time if you want well-baked toast.
9. Your Magic Corn Pasta is ready. Cut it into half and serve it with tomato ketchup.

- Boiled American or white corn - 1 cup
- Finely chopped Red and green bell pepper/capsicum - 1 cup
- Finely chopped Onion - 1/2
- Boiled pasta(Any past- 1 1/2 cup
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
For White sauce
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- All purpose flour/maida - 4 tbsp
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Finely chopped Green chilies(optiona- 1 tsp
- Water - 2 cups or as needed
Other ingredients
- Bread slice - 10
- Ghee or Butter
- Grated cheese
- Chili flakes
