Guacamole is an avocado based dip that originated from Mexico. In addition to its use in modern Mexican cuisine it has also become part of American cuisine as a dip, condiment and salad ingredients. It is traditionally made by mashing ripe avocados and salt with tomato, onion, garlic and lemon juice and/or additional seasoning.
Ripe avocado – 3
Finely chopped Tomato – 1/2 cup
Finely chopped Onion – 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Chopped Cilantro – 1/4 cup
Chopped Jalapenos – Half
1. Scoop out avocado. Take it into a bowl. and mesh it with fork.
2. Add tomato, onion, salt, jalapenos, lemon juice and cilantro.
3. Mix all the ingredients very well.
