Yogurt/curd/dahi – 2 cup
Garlic – 3 cloves
Boiled Garbanzo beans – 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds – 3 tbsp
Green chilies – 2
Salt to taste
Sugar – 1 tsp
1. Take Garbanzo beans and sesame seeds into a bowl. Add garlic, green chilies, salt and 2 tbsp yogurt. Blend it into the blender very well.
2. Take it out into a bowl. Add remaining yogurt and mix it. Add sugar and mix it very well.
Falafel Sandwich Dressing is ready. Falafel Sandwich is incomplete without this dressing.
