I have used my choice of vegetables. You may use your choice of vegetables and seasoning.

Ingredients

Cream cheese* – 8 oz. (Soften at room temperature)

Finely chopped Red and green bell pepper – 1 1/2 cup

Finely chopped carrots – 1/2 cup

Chopped onion – 1/4 cup

Finely chopped cabbage – 1/2 cup

Italian seasoning – 1/4 tsp

Garlic salt – 1/2 tsp (Or 1/2 tsp grated garlic and salt to taste)

Red crushed pepper – 1/4 tsp

Flour Tortilla – 4

Direction

1. Mix all the ingredients (Except tortilla) in a big bowl. Keep it aside.

2. Microwave tortilla for 30 seconds. Let cool down.

3. Spread 2 spoonful veggie and cream cheese mixture evenly.

4. Roll it tightly. Cover it with foil or cling wrap and place it into a refrigerator for 30 minutes.

5. Cut it into equal parts.

6. Party Pinwheels are ready. Enjoy!!!

You may use cheese spread instead of cream cheese.

Use your choice of veggie.

    What is tortilla? Is it normal wheat Roti’s?

      Hi Samjeeta!!
      No, Tortilla is not wheat roti. Tortilla is Mexican roti made out of either all purpose flour or corn. :)
