I have learnt many dishes, started my YouTube Channel and learnt a lot of technical stuff, I have Defiantly improved my Photography skills. Looking back, I can easily say that this was yet another great year for CookingCarnival.

Butterscotch Pudding

To celebrated this very special day, I decided to make simple yet delicious dessert Butterscotch Pudding recipe with my wonderful readers. This is rich and creamy No bake dessert. Just mix the ingredients, simmer it for 5 minutes and chill it for an hour. That simple!! And the taste is our of the world!! This recipe is similar to Panna Cotta, texture and smoothness.

      Thanks!!

Agar Agar (China grass) is a vegetarian gelatin, mainly used to make desserts. You can get it in any health and Asian stores.
