Almond Joy Cookies

These easy egg-less cookies take just 5 to 6 ingredients and don’t even require a mixer. No Chilling, No fancy equipment, No Beating, just mix them in a bowl and bake them in the oven, that simple! :) Even kids can make this.

Almond Joy Cookies

These Almond Joy Cookies are so gooey, chocolaty, and have the perfect amount of coconut and almond crunch. You can make this cookie two ways. One is with flour and another is without flour. I like with little of flour because it holds the shape very well. If you want to make it Gluten free, avoid the flour. Believe me it tastes equally good. I have adapted this recipe from Gonnawantseconds with some changes.
